Mary Magdalene: Early Christian Leader
In this talk, Johnson analyzes the position of Mary Magdalene as compared to the disciples and other women followers. She asserts that Mary may be labeled, not only as a true disciple of Jesus, but also as a leader of the disciples. She is also the one who best understood the teachings. Johnson also examines the Gospels to demonstrate Mary's position as one of the most important women in Jesus' life.
